This policy explains how subscriptions to mypatches products work.

Automatic Refills

When you choose Save More With Automatic Refills! at checkout, you start a subscription: a new order of the product you selected is charged and shipped every month, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

Price and Savings

Each subscription order is charged at the discounted subscription price shown at checkout. Subscriptions are available on single products, not on bundle offers. The amount charged for each refill is shown in your order confirmation and in your customer account.

No Minimum Commitment

There is no minimum number of orders. You can cancel before any upcoming billing date.

How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

Log in to your customer account and open Manage Subscription, or email support@mypatchestore.com with your order number. To avoid being charged for your next refill, cancel before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Every subscription order is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee — no return needed — under the terms of our Refund Policy, including its fair-use terms.
