All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on bundle packs and discounted shipping rates for other orders. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot predict or control these fees and are not liable for delays caused by customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or your building's reception before contacting us.
